Pricing questions

Are these prices fixed?

They are guide prices to help you budget. Your actual quote is fixed before we start and is based on the size and condition of the property, not an estimate that creeps upwards on the day.

Why is deep cleaning priced per property rather than per hour?

Because the work depends on the condition of the home. Pricing per property means you know the total before we arrive, and we take the risk if it takes longer than expected.

Do you charge VAT?

Any VAT position is confirmed in writing on your quote so the figure you see is the figure you pay. Ask us and we will be straight with you.

Is there a call-out or travel fee?

No call-out fee within the main HU postcode areas. For outlying villages and the coast we may ask for a slightly longer minimum visit, and we tell you before you book.

What makes a quote go up?

Heavy build-up such as thick oven carbon, mould in a long-unventilated bathroom, hoarding-level clutter, or a property that has been empty for a long time. We flag it at quote stage, not afterwards.

Do you offer bespoke cleaning packages?

Yes. Multiple properties, split frequencies, out-of-hours commercial work or a fixed task list only — tell us the requirement and we will price a package around it.

Want an exact price for your property?

Send us the postcode, the number of bedrooms and what you'd like doing. We'll reply with a fixed quote, usually the same working day.
