TrueNest Cleaning Ltd was set up to fix something simple that a lot of people in Hull complained about: cleaners who were brilliant for a month and then unreliable. We took the opposite approach and built the business around consistency — a small, well-trained team, sensible workloads, and the same cleaner returning to the same home wherever we possibly can.

Most of our work now comes from clients who have stayed with us and told someone else. That shapes how we operate. We would rather turn a job down than take one we cannot service properly, and we would rather say a clean will take four hours than pretend it can be done in two.

We cover the full range: regular domestic cleaning for busy households, one-off and deep cleans, end of tenancy work for tenants and landlords, Airbnb and holiday let changeovers, office and commercial contracts, and specialist jobs such as oven cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, window cleaning and after builders cleans.

Some clients want a straightforward two-hour visit each week. Others want a bespoke package — several properties, cleaning outside business hours, or a fixed list of tasks and nothing else. Both are fine. Tell us what good looks like for you and we will build the service around it rather than the other way round.

We are based in Hull and work across the city and the surrounding HU postcodes. That includes Beverley, Cottingham, Hessle, Anlaby, Willerby, Kirk Ella, North Ferriby, Swanland, Brough, Elloughton and South Cave, along with Hedon, Hornsea and Withernsea out towards the coast and Market Weighton to the west.

Being local matters more than it sounds. It means shorter travel between jobs, so we can offer sensible minimum visits and still turn up on time. It also means we understand the housing stock — hard water in the bathrooms, Victorian sash windows, student HMOs with a July changeover rush, and new-build sites that need a proper builders clean before anyone moves in.

It starts with a conversation, not a contract. Tell us the property, the rooms that matter most and how often you would like us. We will quote a fixed price, agree a day and time, and confirm access — you can be home, leave a key with us, or use a key safe. Keys are logged and labelled without an address.

After the first clean we check in. If something was missed or you would rather we spent longer on the kitchen and less on the spare room, say so and we will change the plan. Anything we get wrong within 24 hours of a visit, we come back and put right at no extra cost.
