Salt air and sand change what a clean actually involves. Window glass films over faster near the promenade, external door frames pick up salt residue, and sand finds its way into hallways, stair edges and utility rooms all summer. We plan Hornsea visits around that rather than treating the property like an inland semi.

A lot of the housing here is bungalows and older seaside terraces with tiled floors and conservatories, so our regular visits usually put more time into hard floors, glazed areas and entrance ways than they would in a newer estate house.

Hornsea has a steady number of short-term lets and caravans-to-cottage conversions used through the season. We handle changeover cleaning between guests, including bed changes, bathroom resets and a check that everything is presentable for the next arrival, and we can work to same-day windows where the booking calendar is tight.

For second homes that sit empty over winter, an opening clean in spring and a closing clean in autumn is usually the sensible arrangement — that is something we are happy to book in as a recurring fixture rather than a repeated one-off enquiry.

Away from the seafront, the bulk of our Hornsea work is straightforward weekly or fortnightly domestic cleaning for people who would rather spend Saturday somewhere other than the kitchen. The same cleaner comes back each visit, so nobody has to re-explain how the house works.
